DAVID M. DRYER, ESQ.

David M. Dryer is a licensed attorney who has been practicing law for over fifteen years in the
states of Oklahoma and Arkansas. As the President of Dryer and Associates, P.C., a law firm
located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he works heavily with churches and ministries to set up non-profit
corporations as well as performs legal church audits when necessary. Mr. Dryer has done non-
profit and for-profit incorporation work in thirty of the fifty states and is knowledgeable in
navigating through each states laws.

Probates, Guardianships and Estate Planning which include wills and trust also make up a large
portion of his law practice. Mr. Dryer is very sensitive to the needs of those people facing
distress and grief associated with passing of a loved one.

Mr. Dryer is also the President of True Title and Escrow, Inc. which is a full service title
company providing closing services, title insurance and title searches. David is well versed in
not only spotting title issues that could affect the marketability of real property, but also
possesses the skills and expertise to clear title issues that other attorneys may choose not to
pursue. Mr. Dryer represents over fifteen full and part time property investors, many of whom
specialize in distressed properties.

David M. Dryer is a member of the Oklahoma Land Title Association, Oklahoma Bar Association,
Tulsa County Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association.
He is also an annual member of the Tulsa REIA Group and sponsor of the Oklahoma City REIA
Group.
